**Are you interested in helping to stop children from being killed and sent to prison?**

My name is Susie Solorio and would like to present any major name out there (i.e. Wal-Mart, Target, Tower Record & Books, Best Buy, Purpose Over Pain), etc.  with a collaborative partnership.  I represent a man by the name of (Cedric L. Dean) who has written a book entitled: "How To Stop Your Children From Going To Prison." Our publishing company, BDB Publishing, LLC has known that for the past 20 years, this man was part of the problem in drug infested and gang filled streets, but due to his complete reform, our publishing company, feel it’s only right that we support him now that he’s become part of the solution. Our goal is to get this book in the hands of struggling parents who are in need or are seeking help with their children prior to a life changing event. (i.e. drugs, gangs, life in prison, etc.).

With that being said, we’d like to present you with a few unfortunate life facts about today's society:

a) 4,302 children are arrested daily.

b) Black males born in 2001 have a 1 in 3 chance of being arrested; while black girls have a 1 in 17 chance. (Source: Children’s Defense Fund)

c) 1 in 3 black males in their 20’s is under correctional supervision or control.

d) At midyear 2006, about 579,000 black males were in a State or Federal prison and only 48,000 black males earned a Bachelor’s Degree that year.

e) The U.S. prison population has risen from 300,000 in the 1970’s to 2.2 million today.

f) 1 out of every 100 Americans is under the control of the prison system.

So as you can see, we are very concerned for today's younger generation and want to have a chance in helping families by the distribution of this book.   With the help any major name(s) as well as a collaborative partnership, all proceeds will go towards combating Youth Violence and also with your help, we'd like to push to help all of us succeed that goal.  Please know that 100% of the proceeds from the sale of "How To Stop Your Children From Going To Prison," will go directly to charity(ies) (i.e. Boys & Girls Club, etc.).

I (we) at BDB Publishing, LLC thank you for your time and consideration in reading this message and look forward to your response.

Respectfully,
